I have been experiencing my heart beating in my left ear. It sounds like a pile driver a distance away. Sometimes it is accompanied with a feeling of pressure in my head. I was treated for ear infections but that didn't help. Thyroid tests came back fine. What could it be? I'm also very depressed, prone to anxiety, but have low blood pressure.
