Hello! I am a 40 years old woman and lately I started having strange fluttering in the heart area. I heard that this is one of the perimenopause’s symptoms! Is it possible that I am getting into perimenopause period?

Hello there! Perimenopause and menopause symptoms vary from one woman to another. The heart fluttering you are experiencing could be one of the symptoms but not necessarily. Other symptoms are menstrual disorder, low blood sugar, weight gain, sex drive decrease, headaches, etc. These could also be heart palpitations, so pay a visit to a doctor, just to make sure!!!

hi well im a 42 year old women and i had palppitations in jan but i ended up on the floor having a heart attack.to young that what i said thank god my husband new i was having because i didnt.he drove me to the hospital and i was later sent to a hospital down south which delt with heart attack.
so any adice would be dont take any changes you now your body and go to the docter and get checked.women tend no to complain but if you feel something check it out . good luck stay healthy
