Since december I have had a feeling of a lump in my throat and recently have numerous painful heart spasm. I feel like I am having a heart attack. I feel breathless and have a lot of pain on the left side of my neck and a sore lower back on the right side. My doctor keeps prescribing antacids saying it is acid reflux but nothing is making it better. I am getting worse each week and feel so tired of dealing with this . Any ideas
