heartbeat gone crazy!!!

A couple weeks ago I started having irregular heartbeats as in I could actually feel my heart skip a beat. I went to my family physician and then to a cardiologist who ran a stress test that included ekg, ecocardigram, and bloodwork. The Dr. said everything was normal and my heart looked great. I'm still having these so called PVC's along with bicep twitching and ears ringing. I think it's stress related . My question is this: Can stress actually cause a person to have irregular heartbeats??I feel fine other than the symptons I described. My heart has never raced and blood pressure is great. Anybody have an answer for me? Thanks.GT
