heavy head, fatigue.

I am 25 and have had constant allergy problems in my life. Which means i have had tons of sinus infections and used lots of antibiotics. About 1 month ago i came down with the flu. I recovered about 10 days later, then 3 days later had what I thought was a relapse. A couple of weeks went by and i was still getting this heavy head filling and fatigue that hid itself somewhat for about 5 hours a day while i was at work. I went to the doctor again who told me i had an ear infection. So she gave me some antibiotics, zyrtec D and some other decongestant. Well guess what it didnt work. So a month later i still have these symptoms; heavy head(it fills full), extreme fatigue, can't sleep without constantly waking up uncomfortably. But the weird thing is my nose, throat and ears havent bothered me that much at all. Can anyone help with some knowledge because i am freaking out. I have absolutly no energy, getting out of bed is hard enough. And threw the years I have lost confidence in what the doctor says. I am waiting on the results of my blood work and aids test.
