This really depends on the structure of the body. Some people weight the same and are the same height, but look different… one is fat and one is not… That is why it is really hard to say about this weight and height topics in average.
For example, if you are 160 cm tall, appropriate for you would be to have from 50 to 60 kilos (100 to 120 lbs), depends on the structure of the body. Some people are heavy boned Smile

this is what my mum says when she wants to camouflage her being little overweight... I always laugh at that.
By my opinion it is not realistic to stick to some measurements… it is best to act by “how we are feeling in our skin”.
