| yeah, so I got my first hemroid two days ago, I had done leg lifting that day, then sat for 8 hours studying on and off (which is too long for me!), and then I went to go take a crap. After I pushed, I didn't feel any pain, but when I wiped, I found some pain. So here's the question, what caused my hemroids? I've got two very small engourged viens just on the inside of the sphincter, it doesn't hurt when I walk, not really when I sit, only when I use the restroom it hurts a little. Do these go away fast? Can Istill lift weights with my legs? I used to push when I pooped, could that have been the cause OR was it a combination of the stress of that day, the lifting, the sitting, and then the pooping? AH! I don't want this all my life, it it gets bad I want them surgically removed. Is that a bad idea? Oh, can you still have sex when you have these? Will that make the worse or bigger? Help! |

Hi,
I believe you got them from the combination you described. Any pressure in the rectum area will have caused this. If possible, avoid major surgery. You need to see a doctor. Probably rubber band ligation is best if your hemmies are not too big. Try not to be constipated and don't push. Eat more fiber! |
