for the past 4 to 5 months ... i have been havin this severe pain in my left side of my lower abdomen... the pain keeps coming n going. is it because of masturbation??? when i went to the doctor.... they took an ultra sound n said thet nothing is wrong... they said it might be a muscle stretch or something.i am really worried... some one pls do help me... is there any physiotherapic method for the pain to go?? what kind of food should i avoid?? n wat should i eat.???
