help! burning in penis after sex

ok im new here, i searched but couldnt find a solution.

my girl and i just recently started having sex a couple days ago. it was unprotected because we were caught in the moment and stuff.

but after, i noticed some sensitivity around my penis tip. it doesnt feel like burning when i pee but after i masturbated and it was stinging. i also feel the urge to pee alot but i only pee a lil bit. as far as i can see, i dont see any pimples or blisters...

ive also noticed the inside of the tip is really red. and it only stings/really uncomfortable at the tip and itches underneath the area under the tip.

could this be an std or some sort of infection?

please i need help asap!
