The clear liquid is called "pre-cum" in a non-medical term. The pre-cum is part of the ejaculating process. Consider it a lubricant for the actual semen to travel the shaft upon climax...nothign our of the normal there guy. Teasing without ejaculation will cause this.
keep on thing in mind, pre-cum DOES contain trace amounts of semen and can get a girl pregnant, but has a very low chance of such. |

| Yup if your bout 10-13 your just starting to get semen and itll come out clear for a while dont worry bout that, and well if your hurts when you pee then try when having sex to go a bit slower. |

Exactly right! But th pain or burning may need looking at because it could be an infected penis or UTI (Urine Tract Infection)

The other poster here is right, that clear liquid is precum but a pain inside the penis when peeing? If its a burning one get to seen a Dr as it could be a UTI or (Urinary Tract Infection). |
