help getting pregnant - when to have sex

HI there,

Any suggestions on getting pregnant. We have really been trying hard for 4 months now. I usually have periods about 31/32 days but since trying they have varied alot. 28-35 days I seem to ovulate 10 days before I get my period which I know is not usual. I have a lot of mucus for 3 days on the forth is reduces and on the 5 th morning my temperature rises...so when do I have sex? I also get severe cramps for a very short time around this time (not the regular ovulation cramps) but painful enough to wake me up...any help suggestions would be great. I am at a loss.
