help is this ovulation bleeding implantation or what

Today I noticed that I had a clear slimey discharge the first trip to the bathroom so I thought I could be ovulating well I seen the same discharge about a week ago when it was predicted but the second time today that I went to the bathroom I felt my cervix to see if it was opened or how it felt I could get my middle finger in the opening but upon pulling it out I noticed I had blood and slimey discharge not much blood but a little it was bright red in color which indicated new bleeding can someone help me I have been evrey where no answers yet! And might I add I started my period the 16 of feb so its way to early for a period I did not scratch myself either so I have done ruled that possibility out I was due to ovulate on the 27 and I seen the same symtoms (minus the blood) so I am sure I have done ovulated what is going on? and please only answer if you really think you know I am sexually active and I have got three kids but I have never seen anything like this and please if you dont answer the question then dont post thanks to all of you that try to help also it was not alot of blood it was just lil lil and it seems like now it is barley tinted with it but i still have slimey discharge help
