Sad i think im pretty overweight at the point that i have rolls of fat now.

im 14 and i need a diet that i can probably get from my local grocery store. Also can i get a list of stuff that i should 100% avoid, and then stuff thats ok once in awhile but should generally be avoided. i also need some workouts that are not just vigorous but fun to, though if there isnt a fun option i will try the boring ones.

I play outside almost evry day for maybe an hour. (play basketball, walk/run through golfcourse in search of golfballs to sell, football sometime)

i play a lotta video games..like an hour or 2 a day.

rest of the time is probably for school or friends.

can i get some help?

I can try and help you a little bit...

I don't know where you live but I would say try to follow Canada's Food Guide to Healthy Eating. That will keep you on the right track. If you want to see it, go here: hc-sc.gc.ca/fn-an/alt_formats/hpfb-dgpsa/pdf/food-guide-aliment/view_eatwell_vue_bienmang_e.pdf

I've also heard to eat one HALF of a grapefruit before each meal.

Activities you might want to try that are a bit fun is:

Body Ball
Dance Aerobics

Instructional Videos from the Biggest Loser...

Foods to avoid:
candy/chocolate

Foods to have sometimes:
soda/pop
chips
ice cream

thats really all i can think of but i'd say maybe set yourself up to exercise a little more in the day..

go for jogs
play basketball for longer

maybe devote a little more time to exercise..

hope i can help
