I'm a 32 years woman i want to become pregnant although i'm afraid cause i have been suffering from anxiety and a little depression...so i've been taking OCCASIONLY Xanax and inderal, not all the time only when i need...when i meet lots of people...for about 2 years and a half.
first i'm afraid of the side effects of these medicaments, if any, during the conception.
is 1 month enough to stop the medicaments before the conception??the baby won't have the bad effects of the medicaments my body used to have??
and while i'm pregnant what should i do for my anxiety?i need something to keep me relaxed, does anyone know about these issues...can u help me cause i want to have a baby but i'm afraid.......

First of all I don't know how long you have been on the Xanax and the Inderal, however you should know Inderal that it can interact with some types of Anti-Depressants (especially those of the Tricyclic family).

As for having a baby, you need to speak to your doctor about the drug effects and what "level" they are. Depending upon the severity of your anxiety and depression, you might need to stay on medications throughout your entire pregnancy, if the benefit out weighs the negative.
