Im28 and have had a very active sex life from the age of16 with many partners and not had a problem but over the last 4 month the problem has been really bad in that I cum within seconds,ive been exercising my PC muscle trying to masterbate for about 10 min but as soon as I have sex whilst im relaxed I still cum in saconds .everything on the net you have to pay for advise can you please help as it is frustrating.
