constipation for 4-5 days having urge to have a bowel movement, when i try im lucky to get anything out. On the toilet tissue when i wipe there is a lot of thick mucus. I also have a low grade fever with this. Symptoms lasting greater than 4 months. It almost feels like rectum is too swollen to pass stool
