Is it possible.....most definitely! When my hubby had his, the doc was very educated and had never had a failure after 15 yrs. Doc said that it takes approximately 30 orgasms (for your husband) to finally excrete all of the remaining live sperm. They live for a long time down there, years!

Aside from this --- his vasectomy could have failed. Unless you know for a fact he was not producing sperm when you were ovulating, yes, it's possible.
