hi umm where do i start. im a 24 yr old male n i got a problem weather it be during sex or masterbation i get the the point i feel the orgasm coming on n it feels like im goin to cum but nothing comes out. the feeling is there but still nothing its been going on for a lil while now n it worries me a bit. i also get a real sharp sense of pain in my lower back when i feel like im cumming to. if any 1 can help id greatly appreacate it thank you.
