help strange mestraution symptoms!!!

ok I need some help here! I am seventeen years old and having several strange occurances that i dont understand. I have sever pain on my left lower stomach right above my hip. I have dark hair growth on the face and chest wich suggest polycystic ovairian desie, but I also have a drak brown some times black discharge that is almost like glue this usally comes during the first two days of my period and some times the last two . This discharge has been going on for 6 years now ever since I started my period. I get incrediably painfull cramp for two days before my period begins. I read up on Endometriosis and Im concered because it said that it can cause bleeding in the rectum which I do have sometimes. Also Ive had sever bowle trouble and they though it was IBS but the medicen didnt help they did tests on my galbladder that came back negitive. The Endometriosis site said that the discharge can sometimes ahear your bowls togetor so I wonder if that is the problem. Can someone please help me !!!

Hi I know it has been a little while since you posted this but am wondering how you are doing? I have PCOS as well. This discharge may very well be just part of your period. Sometimes menstrual blood can be very very dark red/brown, looking black in color. It's not the same as blood that bleeds as a result of injury. Have you had bloodwork done to determine if you have PCOS? Many women with it either have very heavy or no periods. You may just have very heavy periods and need to be on birth control as a result (the hormones will help balance the hormone imbalance from pcos)
