Hi, I need some advice fast! I have been weight lifting for a while. Some of my muscles are developing great, but some are not responding to the workout. My biggest concerns are my calves. You see, I have managed to build very nice thighs, but my calves are not that great. This makes my legs look not so great. I was wondering is someone could offer some help so that my calves get bigger.

Hi, calves are very specific muscles. They really demand greater attention if you want them to get big. You will have to work harder because calves are very accustomed to work. This is because whenever you are standing or walking or whatever you are doing your calves are active, so you will have to pull in greater effort if you want them to grow. This means you will have to dedicate more time to these muscles than you do to the rest. As I said, because the calves are working out even when you are not, you should do your calves' exercises every time you go to the gym. Your calves' exercises should be a part of your every workout. If they feel sore, you should only do stretching exercises. But you must never give them rest, if you want them to get big. I hope you will find my answer helpful.
