Hi, im 16 years old 5'9 126lbs. I have very very skinny forearms and wrists. Ive been lifting for about 4 months and have tried working on building up my lower arms so that they are not so skinny.
The rest of my body has seen very good changes, but my forearms are haven't changed at all. Can I get any advise? Should i start taking protein shakes?
