i have a hemerroid on the outside and 2 on the inside. they are not painful but i do not want them there anymore due to sexual reason. the doctor suggested surgery but said its very painful and takes 2 weeks to heal. are there risks with this? if so what kind? what would you suggest?

Anal sex? Mmmm…

Hemorrhoids…. Had them, have them, had them, have them….recurrent.
I usually perform a rubber band ligation but I don’t know if you’re suitable for this procedure.

What kind of surgery did your doc recommend? There are those so called less invasive surgeries that differ from the conventional ones.
Make sure your doctor had performed quite a lot of these procedures before you let him/her mess with your hemorrhoids.
