Can you, please, give advice on how to get rid of hemorrhoids. This is the first time they developed. They are on the outside and I am experiencing severe pain and bleeding during bowel movements. I don’t know what might have caused them, I drink a lot of water and I eat vegetables. What would be the best way to get rid of hemorrhoids? Thank you

I also eat veggies and drink plenty of water and yet I develop hemorrhoids. They are not as painful as yours, but they do cause discomfort. I usually have mine removed with that rubber band! It doesn’t cause any pain or discomfort. The biggest problem is that they keep coming back. Visit a doctor, see what s/he have to tell you.
