Hi Had Hemmorrids surgery 4-weeks ago and have found to be the most pain ful thing I have ever happen to me. I had three very large one removed and still have one more large one to do and a couple of very small ones also. I'am not forward to doing this again for sure. I'am a little different than some people as I have very severe anxiety disorder also and that means musclle tension all the time with out sugery and found the pain unbelievable for the most part but the first week was the hardes part and getting better every week but vey slow for sure. I see my doctor again after two month and hope fully I will be about mornal for me but time will tell. Make sure your surgery doctor reads your medical history before doing surgery. They gave me vicodone or oxycodone and neither of them worked at all period. They final gave me flexeril and that help more than any thing else did. It takes a couple of days before the flexeril starts to work as I know from past experience all so well. It has been four weeks now for me and still sore and have aways to go yet for sure. Make sure you doctor that does surgery reads your medical records for sure. Most doctor do not read medical records and you need to make sure this happens for sure. The anesthesia people always read your medical record and I know they do because they always ask me about my anxiety disorder and any thing in my record that might effect me in any way. from what I have read this is painfull no matter what but if you have any disorders or medical problems make sure your surgeon know this and tell him or her that for sure. I'am 50 years old and had hemmorids most of my life and it is time to fix them once and for all. The pain was unbelievable at best for me but flexeril work pretty good for me. Xanax would also work for muscle tension also. Atvan would work also.

MAKE SURE YOUR DOCTOR THAT IS DOING SURGERY READS YOUR MEDICAL RECORD FIRST AND REVIEW THEM WITH HIM NO MATTER WHAT
