I developed a hernia after abdominal surgey. I had surgery and a mesh put in. Recently I noticed a lump in the same location as my previous hernia, and I'm having pains after meals. Is this something I need to see a Dr. about?

If it is painful and interferring with your day to day activities, yes, see your doctor.
