hi there..... i have just come out of detox, and my body is feeling battered...
mainly my bones feel like juming out ov my body due to the methadone...or so i belive...any tips would be much appricated as i have had to cut myself off from any one who may have a clue...
apart from that for all of u still chasin or pinning there is life after this crap and i wish u all a quick if not painless recovery..but hey.. no pain no gain!!!!!
