herpes or ingrown hair?!

I have a 3/4 inch raised bump on my vaginal area, more in the pubic area than on the labia, just to the right of the top of the slit of vagina. It seems to maybe have something in it as it is kind of hard, but really painful to press on. There is only one and it's been like this all day and most of yesterday, not seeming to get worse with time. Can somebody tell me what this could be?

i have one of those too..i went to my gyno yesterday and its just an ingrown hair..i've had these about 4 times before..usually you'll get those bumbs again in the same spot..use a hot compress or soak in a hot bath..

if you have more than one bump in the same area, i would see a doctor...
if your that worried than maybe you should see a doctor and just have them squeeze it for you..
