I have palpitations and I don’t know how to deal with them. I have heard that high calcium might be helpful. Doctor said that these are PVC’s and I shouldn’t be worried, but I am.

I had experience with them too. They also told me that those are PVC’s but I am so tired of it. I cut off caffeine and alcohol. I am taking high cal/ mag, avoiding sugar, refined flour. I am really concerned because PVC can be associated with serious heart disease, but they comfort me that vast majority are benign and do not requite treatment.
