I am 57 years old. My tostestrone level is 350. Would fasting from meat and dairy products possibly bring this level down to normal range? I am thinking because of the high amount of hormones they inject animals with and I am digesting by eating them on a daily basis may make my tostestrone level unusuallly high. What is a normal tostestrone level for a woman my age?
