Hello!
High blood pressure usually causes no symptoms, that is why the cal this disease silent killer. Besides, even if it causes some symptons, those are very mild and suggesting many other disorders, so it is really hard to day if highblood pressure is the disrupter. Maybe this will make it easier- some people with high blood pressure experience headaches, dizziness, blurred vision and nausea.
The easiest would be to measure blood pressure, then she would know if she really has one. Btw, cigarettes are the reason for high blood pressure. Cigarettes narrow veins, meaning the blood runs through the veins with higher pressure, which results in higher rate of the heart and also possibly in mini strokes and heart, kidney or vision failure.
