hiv bumps on forehead

I am concerned about bumps on my forehead. My girlfriend says that is one of the HIV symptoms. I work in hospital laboratory and I can easily get in contact with contagious blood. I am constantly under stress. What is other skin disease associated with HIV?
Are these HIV bumps on my forehead?

It is difficult to tell whether or not someone has HIV just by looking at a skin condition. Symptoms of the skin diseases associated with HIV can occur in people who have as well those who do not. “Molluscum contagiosum” is a viral infection that causes bumps on a forehead (also cheek, groins….).Bumps are little and colored. In case of HIV they can be widespread, large and numerous. You should avoid baths, spas and heated swimming pools. Anyway I recommend you to do HIV test just to calm your conscience.
