hoarse throat

For the last 8 months, my voice will get hoarse. I have drainage. I have gone to an allergist, no allergies. Have had an upper GI. (he scoped my stomach) No gastric reflex. Had a sinus x-ray. No infection. An ENT checked my throat. Looked a little irritated. No nodules. Have taken allergy medications and stomach medicines (Previcid) Nothing helps. Any ideas?
