Hello. I have read something about that on the internet. I have read about Yoga techniques. Stress relief techniques are also very popular. There are also Inner Healing & Transformation techniques and something like Nutrition techniques. There is also Avoidances of Toxic Substances section. Acupuncture is also an option. I don’t know any details. Perhaps someone else will know. Bye!
