home pregnancy test confusion

I have a 4 year old son and been trying to get pregnant again. I miscarried 4 months ago at 9 weeks. Now my period is 50 days late and did a home pregnancy test. Two of the pregnancy test were negative but after an hour went back to see and there was a clear line meaning there is a possible pregnancy. Is it accurate to read it after that long? or does it mean i am not pregnant? please help, shuold i have a blood test to be sure? thank you for your answer.

go get the blood test. If I was 50 days late I'd want to know why.
