homeopathy treatments success

My mom has knee problems and has difficulties walking up and down. She finds it very painful. She has tried glucosamine tablets etc, ointments from herbs etc. she also has an under active thyroid gland for which she takes thyroxine. She is 54 y/o, little overweight. Is there any homeopathic medicine she can try, maybe she will have more success with homeopathy.

I am the same age and just in menopause. I also experienced joint pain and leg/neck pain. My doctor says it has to do with the hormones being out of balance, so she prescribed naturally compounded progesterone cream for me that seem to help quite a bit off and on. I am already taking omega 3 and some flaxseed oil supplements. I also take Sepia, but I get some pain but nothing like it used to be.
