horrible indigestion and stomache pain. Pregnant???

About a week ago, my husband and I had an "accident". Since yesterday, I have the most horrible heartburn and indigestion imaginable coupled with general pain in my abdomen and painful breasts. The only other time I have had indigestion even close to this is when I started birth control and that started after a couple of days of taking it. Is it possible that signs of pregnancy could come on this quickly and severly?
