I started having hot flashes lately. I don’t know what I should do about it considering I have thyroid disease as well. Is there anybody who had similar problems and who could help me!!!
Well, hello there. I don’t know what is causing your hot flashes but I know that black currant oil is said to be very good for hot flashes and I know that it doesn't hurt the thyroid.
