hot sweaty testicles and sores in roof of mouth

Hello, I have been having extremely sweaty testicles and looks like the pores on the testicles are raised. I showed My dermatologist but he said what I have is caused by stress and not to worry about it. Well I have had stress affect me in many ways but never like this and I know my testicles and something seems wrong. If I touch the sweat and smell it it gives a foul odor like I just had sex but that is after I wash them even.

I also have 2 holes and cracks in the roof of my mouth and my doctor said it is nothing but I should see a dentist to make sure. I saw a dentist and found out I have periodontal disease but the dentist said the holes and cracks are normal and nothing to worry about. I have just gotten these cracks/holes in the past 6 months and again I know my body.

Something just doesn't seem right but doctors are not providing me any answers.

Might be worth checking that you don't have Behcet's disease - mouth and groin ulcers are symptoms.
