It sounds like either your boyfriend has used something on his penis (lotion, cream, scent, soap) that is irritating you, or else you may be allergic to either his semen, his sweat, or his body.
It's difficult to tell on the basis of just one encounter, but I understand that you are concerned.
What product do you use when you are irritated by soaps or your underwear? A lotion? A vasolene product? First Aide Cream?
I would research what is used for a vaginal yeast infection. Perhaps something like Vagisil might be a good choice.
