|
|
I need to start working out but don’t know how to begin. I just do not find time to exercise. Actually, I’m too tired after my job-time. I feel weak and have to spend much time sitting. I need to work out to improve my health.

Try to schedule your work time, start with shorter sessions. Treat that like a demand. Like it’s an appointment at the doctor’s. There’ll always be life’s demands. As I have my own office, I sit on exercise ball three days weekly instead of on the chair. I use stairs and pedometer instead of the elevator. Swimming relaxes, so I have my equipment in my office and sometimes go swimming after long day at work.
