How do I shoulder stretch? I had a shoulder injury a month ago during my fitness session. I've never went to see a doctor, because pain was slowly subduing. But, it's still here and I'm a bit nervous about it. Can you give me some advice on how to treat this little annoyance?
Of course! Go see a doctor! You should have done that when the injury occurred in the first place, but it's not late. You probably stretched a muscle or a tendon bit too much and it hurts. The problem is, since you're using your hands every day (thus including shoulders in those movements), healing process is a bit slow. As for shoulder stretching, just do regular arm movements for now and you'll be just fine.
