Amelogenin is a low-molecular-weight protein found in developing tooth enamel, and it belongs to a family of extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins. It is not available for purchase in any store you might find. I did find some research grade amelogenin available from Phoenix Pharmaceutical for $50 per microgram. Do you realize how small a quantity that is?

Why do you think you need to add amelogenin to your diet? And why do you think it would be incorprorated into your tooth enamal, if that is indeed what you intend to use it for?
