how do i get an ingrown hair away?

You take some really goood tweezers and you gently pull the hair up. The hair that is ingrown is already at it's full length so there's no need to fully pull it out. This is commons with women in the pubic area. I have experienced it plenty of times.

i think i might have an ingrown hair, cause I shave my V. But, it's a bump,and i tried picking the hair out and tweezers.. and it won't come out!!! Now it's just a bump, that kinda hurts.... how the hell am I supposed to get it out? Anyone know?? :\
