I am 26 years old and I've started with running few years ago. I really like to run because it is fun, it makes me feel good. It also gives me enough energy for my everyday job. I would like to know which the best way to measure distances is as I would like to organize my training.
Hi, there are many measuring instruments which may help you to know length of the distances you run. They are mainly based on the GPS system and also may measure your speed, heart rate and pace you're running. As I have used several of these instruments, I advice you to choose Nike Triax CV10. It will provide you all needed data. One part you would attach to your shoe and the other to the chest. It will measure your heart rate, your speed and you will know your distance.
