I'm not talking about how long after the unprotected sex that gets you pregnant, but the rumor i heard is that you have to be without sex for 2 weeks before you can take a pregnancy test or the results will be skewed... is that correct? or is that myth?

It is not correct....it takes two weeks after the suspected unprotected intercourse for the pregnancy tests to spot hcg hormones levels and you don't have to refrain from having sex during these two weeks.
