It takes about 24 hours for pecocet to be eliminated completely from the system. Kidney and liver impairment have influence on the mean resident time of the drug in organism. It also depend if you had extended release form or conventional. Also rifampicin affects on percocet metabolism and increases its elimination. Hope that helped.
