hi ive been taking birth control for about 4 months and anitbiotics for over a year (for acne) i have recently stopped taking the antibiotics and im wondering how long i should wait before having unprotected sex

Normally, you should think about talking to your doctor about that one. But, I can offer some friendly advise. In Sept I went and had my wisdom teeth taken out. The lady at the counter told me that it would make my birth control inactive. You will probably be safe once you start a new fresh pack. That's what they told me at least.

Consider talking to your DOCTOR though!! You never know, every antibiotic is different! =)
