Hi, I have been training for a week. With it, I also changed my other routines in life. I eat healthy food. The thing is I really miss my favorite cheat meal. Can I have cheat meals and how many cheat days per month can I have with the new way of life that I conduct?

Hi, I know what you mean. It is very common that people like you have a so called "day off". I am among them. On that day, we eat our favorite cheat meal. This is a normal thing since you will put yourself to torment if you only have healthy food and think about cheat meal. One cheat meal per week has been found not to have a negative effect. Of course, the cheat meal has to be a normal one-generally accepted. If you take more then that, you face the risk of rolling back to the previous body state. The entire week can be roughened. Therefore, you are allowed to have four to five cheat meals per month. Have a nice appetite.
