The answer is NONE.
You're really asking, how long is my "safe period" either side of my period.

And the answer is there are NO SAFE DAYS.

You need to go to Planned Parenthood or your medical doctor and get some basic information about your cycle. When it is, why it is, why you feel pain or cramps, and how risky having unprotected sex is ALL DURING THE MONTH.

They will help teach you what you can do to avoid pregnancy until you want it.
