What is the first thing girl see on you at the beach? After a little inquiry among the girls I have found out that they notice the abdominal muscles first if they are in good shape. So I want to have great abs. I am interested how often do you work your abs?

The abdominal muscles are the hardest to develop and the easiest to lose. If you don't do them in two weeks it will start to lose form. During training your abs are affected even if you don't exercise them exactly. I am doing abdominal crunches every day, once while I train in the gym, and once in the house. I do two sets of 30 repetitions. You can hold weights to make the exercise harder.
